Philosophy & Methodology
My journey in health and wellness stems from experiencing the loss of dear friends and family members. Their illnesses inspired me to seek a deeper understanding of how lifestyle, movement, and proper nutrition can support long-term health and well-being.
In 1998, I watched my grandfather suffer through the later stages of type 2 diabetes, including nervous tremors and kidney failure. During the final days of his life, he shared words of wisdom that would stay with me forever:
“Viva una vida larga y saludable” — Live a long and healthy life.
Those words became the foundation of my life’s mission: helping others improve their health, strengthen their bodies, and live longer, healthier lives.
